Our Client Service Managers provide SASH’s service across Western Washington. With a wide array of professional experience and education, they are committed to serving seniors and their families with the highest quality care and professionalism. - Olympic Peninsula
Abel Alvarez, Client Service Manager
Abel Alvarez is Client Service Manager for The SASH Program, Olympic Peninsula Region. Prior to joining the SASH team, Abel Alvarez worked as a Real Estate Investment Professional, Business Owner and Firefighter/Paramedic. Abel Alvarez grew to love and respect seniors since early childhood as he was nurtured for and influenced by a diverse populous of elders. During his free time, Abel Alvarez enjoys real estate, business, finance, socializing, volunteering within the community, travel, autocross racing, and most importantly – time with family and friends. Abel’s passion for serving others, combined with SASH’s mission to be the finest private home sale service for seniors, ensures the highest quality of service for senior homeowners in the Olympic Peninsula.
- Kitsap / West Puget Sound
David Billings, Client Service Manager
David Billings is the Client Service Manager for Kitsap County. Prior to joining the SASH team, David spent 16 years as a Mental Health Therapist providing service to clients of all ages. David grew up in a home right up the hill from his grandmother, but her recent health challenges have underscored the need for trusted service providers in seniors’ lives. Whether it’s watching their soccer games, taking them crabbing, or spending a weekend camping in the woods, David’s stays busy with his two young daughters’ activities. David has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Central Washington University. With a family tree that now covers 5 generations in Kitsap County, David is proud to be the SASH Client Service Manager for seniors in the place his family has always called home.
- Southwest Washington
Jennifer Fujimori, Client Service Manager
Jennifer Fujimori is the Client Service Manager for SW Washington. Prior to joining the SASH team, Jennifer worked in real estate and healthcare. Jennifer also volunteered her time for years in the senior community assisting those with visual impairments. More recently, Jennifer worked with seniors in a skilled nursing environment where her passion and love of seniors continued to grow. During her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, visiting antique and second-hand stores with her sister, doing excursions to quaint towns, and working on projects around the house. Jennifer believes that working with senior homeowners is the most rewarding and gratifying experience of her career. She hopes to have the pleasure of helping many more seniors in SW Washington with SASH’s service.
- Pierce County
Beth Pereira, Client Service Manager
Beth Pereira is the Client Service Manager for Pierce County. Prior to joining the SASH team, Beth worked as a traffic collision investigator for a local police department for fifteen years. Beth grew to love and respect seniors through her work at the police department and also through her personal experiences with her grandmother. During her free time, Beth enjoys playing baseball with her husband and two sons, kicking a soccer ball around, and swimming. Beth has a degree in psychology from Washington State University. Beth enjoys serving senior homeowners in Pierce County with SASH’s outstanding service.

Anne Tripp, Client Service Manager
Anne Tripp is Client Service Manager for South King County. Prior to joining the SASH Team, Anne worked in corporate Human Resources and founded two businesses: a personal / organizational development training company, and a staging / home design service. Anne adored the many family seniors who were actively involved in her life since birth. She has been caretaker for family seniors for over 15 years. In her free time, Anne enjoys herding her teen age son and friends, yoga, outdoor activities, remodeling with power tools, and time with friends. Anne‘s education includes an MBA from City U in Organizational Leadership and a BA from WWU in Psychology. Anne enjoys her SASH work because it provides creative, tangible benefits and is of service to seniors - who laid the foundation for her wonderful life.
South King County
Peter Gallagher, Client Service Manager
Peter Gallagher is the Client Service Manager for South King County. Prior to joining the SASH team, Peter pursued several creative entrepreneurial paths, among the highlights: creating a product line of food safe bamboo vessels, private catering, and home staging. Throughout all of his business endeavors Peter has been fortunate to work with many incredible seniors where he gained an appreciation and sincere respect for this jeweled facet of our humanity. In his down time, Peter can be found out puttering in the studio, testing a new recipe in the kitchen, or walking his Havanese dogs. He has a Master of Arts in Painting from Northern IIlinois University. Peter is proud to be a member of the SASH Team, bringing a high level of compassion to meeting the needs of seniors selling their homes.
- East King County
Jim Berg, Client Service Manager
Jim Berg is a SASH Client Service Manager for East King County. Prior to joining SASH, Jim worked in pre-foreclosures, land development and housing construction. Jim grew to love and respect seniors through his keen interest in history and his close relationships with his grandparents. To relax, Jim spends time in his home gym pursuing his interest in fitness. An avid reader, he also likes to study world history. Most important to Jim is the time he spends with his partner in life and business, Belinda Hanssen, and her children Laura and David. Jim attended the UW, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Communications. Jim enjoys serving senior homeowners by providing a personalized and private SASH home sale.
East King County
Belinda Hanssen, Client Service Manager
Belinda Hanssen is a SASH Client Service Manager for East King County. Prior to joining SASH Belinda worked in real estate with pre-foreclosures, and as a manager in the women's fashion industry. Belinda's love and respect for seniors stems from being raised by two adoptive parents who were seniors themselves. During her free time Belinda stays in shape with Jazzercise. She likes to re-finish and sell old furniture under the name Almost Antique. Belinda also enjoys spending time with her two grown children and her partner Jim Berg. Belinda attended the University of Hawaii, where she was raised, Schiller College in Madrid, Spain and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in fashion merchandising. Belinda enjoys serving senior homeowners in East King County. She finds fulfillment helping them to make a worry free transition when they want to sell their home and a standard sale is not desirable to them.

Gena Horiatis, Client Service Manager
Gena Horiatis is a Client Service Manager for North King County. Prior to joining the SASH team, she worked as a piano teacher and a private real estate investor, and earlier as a marketing representative in the technology field. Gena grew to love and respect seniors walking hand in hand through the final years of her aunt’s life, with whom she had a lifelong friendship. During her free time, Gena enjoys playing the piano, attending her children’s many activities, and taking long walks with her dog. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Cleveland State University. Gena loves serving senior homeowners in North King making their transition as effortless and happy as possible.

Roger Hammerquist, Client Service Manager
Roger Hammerquist is Client Service Manager for Snohomish County. Prior to joining the SASH team, Roger worked in the real estate field, and in support and service in the electronics industry. Roger grew to love and respect seniors beginning with his close relationship with his grandmother during childhood, and then later when helping elderly relatives and friends with their living situations. During his free time, Roger enjoys reading, playing guitar, and driving in his convertible. Roger Hammerquist enjoys offering SASH’s unique service to senior homeowners in the Snohomish County area.
Snohomish County
Pam Hammerquist, Client Service Manager
Pam Hammerquist is Client Service Manager for Snohomish County. Prior to joining the SASH team, Pam worked as a Retail Manager, an Assistant Education Manager, and a Teacher. She grew to love and respect seniors when she began caring for her friend’s father. During her free time, Pam enjoys walks on a sunny day, scrapbooking with friends, and skiing when it snows. Pam has a degree in Business Management from Seattle Pacific University. Pam enjoys serving senior homeowners in Snohomish County with SASH’s unique service.
- Whatcom and Skagit Counties
Anne Poulson, Client Service Manager
Anne Poulson is the Client Service Manager for Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Prior to joining the SASH team, Anne designed and created jewelry and volunteered in the schools, providing art curriculum and support. Anne’s childhood relationship with her grandmother shaped her loving attitude and deep respect for seniors. During her free time, Anne enjoys gardening, making jewelry, and spending time with her family. She has a Horticulture degree from Oregon State University. Anne enjoys serving senior homeowners in Whatcom and Skagit counties, making their home sales and transitions easy and stress-free.
- Corporate Team
Chris Winebarger
Chris Winebarger is Client Service Manager for The SASH Program’s Corporate Team. Prior to joining the SASH team, Chris worked as an Engineer in the Information Technology industry and as a Customer Service Manager in the Fitness industry. Chris' mother has served military veterans for nearly thirty years at the Washington Veterans Home, which is where he first spent time with and learned to appreciate seniors. During his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and friends (including his dog Linus and his cat Duke). He also enjoys music, playing soccer, and watching Seahawks football. Chris enjoys serving seniors in the western Washington area and hopes to have a positive impact on seniors for years to come.
Justin Villanueva
Justin is a Client Service Manager for The SASH Program’s Corporate Team. Prior to joining the SASH team, Justin has spent the last 8 years in customer service working as a General Manager in the health and fitness industry. Justin grew to love and respect seniors from an early age. His grandparents played an instrumental role in raising him and stressed the importance of hard work and high values. During his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf and doing yard work. Justin is excited and honored to be a part of the SASH team, and enjoys serving senior homeowners in Washington with SASH's unique service.
