Our mission is to provide an outstanding, custom-designed home sale experience to each of our senior clients with respect, ease and privacy.

We founded SASH with the goal of becoming the first and finest private home sale service for seniors in the world. Since then, we have become a leader in the senior services community with our high standards of client care and our creative, senior-focused home sales.

Our company is guided by our three core values: Respect, Integrity, and Service. These values reflect our beliefs about seniors and our care for them:

We believe that seniors are treasured, valuable citizens. We believe seniors deserve our highest respect and care for their decades of service to their families, communities, and country. The home sale is often the most difficult step of the retirement years, and we believe that it can be an easy, gentle, low-stress experience. At SASH, we do everything we can to achieve this for each of our clients.

We believe that seniors should have multiple options for their home sale. This way, if for any reason they are unable to endure the stress, unknowns, and physical drain of a “normal” market home sale, seniors can choose a different option that is easy, guaranteed, and focused on their needs and schedule. SASH is designed to be an outstanding home sale option that allows seniors to be in control of their home sale and plan it around their needs.

We believe that instead of enduring the indignity and vulnerability of having dozens of strangers come and go through their home, our senior clients should have the option to sell their home in privacy and security, with a team of supportive professionals that they know and trust. SASH works hard to provide our senior clients with a private and secure sale.

We believe that seniors should not have to carry the entire responsibility for emptying their home of belongings, including sorting, packing, and discarding hundreds of household items. In situations where the seniors’ health or strength is challenged, we believe the senior should have the choice to allow competent professionals to assist them through the moving process. SASH provides as much packing and moving assistance as our senior clients need, even allowing them to go to lunch on moving day while all the hard work is done for them.

We believe that seniors should have the option to sell the home and just “walk away” without having to take care of any repairs, updates, or maintenance around the home. A move to a new home can be overwhelming, and seniors should be allowed to focus on their move without the additional stress and financial drain of getting the home ready for sale. SASH purchases seniors’ homes just as they are, and we allow our clients to leave any unwanted household items behind..

We believe that if a senior’s family lives out of state or is unable to assist them, there should be a “circle” of supportive, competent, trustworthy professionals who will serve and assist the senior during the home sale and moving process.

SASH was founded in 2005 by Rebecca Bomann. Rebecca Bomann saw the need for a private home sale service for seniors when she helped her own grandfather sell his home. Rebecca Bomann believes that seniors deserve an easy home sale service that can assist them through the process, eliminating the terrible stress, work, deadlines, and waiting that her grandfather endured. This is the mission of The SASH Program. SASH stands for Sell A Senior’s Home, or Selling Advantage for Senior Homeowners. The SASH Program is a respected senior service that has an impeccable rating with the Better Business Bureau and an outstanding 100% client satisfaction record. There are no complaints to the Attorney General’s office after several dozen home purchases, because Rebecca Bomann insists on the highest standards of client care, integrity, respect and service in SASH’s business model. Rebecca Bomann began her care of seniors at the age of 12, working in the home of a bedridden elderly woman to prepare meals and do housekeeping for her. Rebecca Bomann continued her care for seniors as director of a small non-profit that served needy families. In addition, Rebecca Bomann has served battered women, homeless families, rape victims, recovering addicts, and teen moms in her years of social work. Rebecca also spent a year in South America working and researching in poor ghettos. Subsequent to her work as a social worker, Rebecca Bomann entered the real estate arena as an investor. This blend of social work and real estate is the foundation of SASH.
